Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free and get a full refund. 
Just make sure to contact us within 14 days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, unused and in the same condition you received it.
If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

  • Call our customer support number +97143406288 or contact us within 14 days from the day your order is delivered. Customer can also initiate the Return by clicking on the Return button available in the Orders section of the Members area. This button will be available for 14 days from the delivery date.
  • An email will be sent containing a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and attach to the package. A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
  • Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
